What should i do if traveller purchased the wrong item
If the traveller purchases the wrong item, the requester reserves the right to reject the item. Grabean will subsequently cancel the transaction and fully refund to the requester through their original payment method. The wrongly purchased item should then be returned to the traveller without any monetary reimbursement. To avoid such issues from happening, please communicate clearly with the traveller via private message. Requesters are highly encouraged to upload clear pictures of the requested items.
*Note: Grabean will automatically release the payment to the traveller if the requester does not acknowledge the receipt of the item within 7 days of the traveller depositing the item at Grabean. Once the payment is released, Grabean will not be able to assist and entertain in the event of disputes.
