What should I do if Traveller cancelled my order
When a traveller cancels the transaction, your order will be changed to "Open Prepaid"and will open to others traveller offer to help. If you decided to cancel the order just inform Grabean customer service. Grabean will full refund (including service fee and credits used, if any) is processed back into the original method of payment. If successful, a refund confirmation email is sent to your Grabean-registered email address. Actual refund may take up to 5-10 days to be reflected in your statements, depending on bank and mode of payment.
