If the traveller isn’t responding to your messages, you may contact Grabean for assistance. We will attempt to reach out to the traveller on your behalf. Do allow the traveller 48 hours to respond when the traveller is oversea may be subjected to limited WI-FI access. If no response from the traveller within 7 days of their return date please inform Grabean. Grabean may cancel the transaction and proceed with a full refund from the 8th day onwards.
