Step by Step Guide for Traveller (How To Get Order)

Step 1: Register & Verify Mobile Number

To fulfil a request, you need to register/login as a Grabean user, and verified your mobile number.
Please key in your mobile number correctly, if your mobile number is 012-3456789, please key in 123456789. Omit the dash and " 0 "


Step 2: Offer to Help

Once you’ve decided to help a requester to buy an item, click “Offer to help”

You can negotiate on the price by changing the price under “Offer price”, and use the public comment box to communicate with the requester.


Step 3: Pending Payment from Requester

After you’ve agreed to help a requester, Grabean will notify the Requester to make a payment.
For now, the status will show "Pending Payment". Do not proceed to purchase until requester has made payment.
Grabean will inform you via notification, Inbox and Email that requester already made a deposit. 

Step 4: Confirm Purchase

Once payment is received by the requester, the status will change from "Pending payment" to "Bought" 

You can click “bought button” after you’ve bought the item.

Please ensure that you’ve really bought the item before confirming a purchase. No cancellation will be allowed after the confirmation!


Step 5 : After purchased 

You can drop off the order at KLIA & KLIA2 Airport 24hrs or Grabean Office

Drop Off Point 1: KLIA Airport

(Grabean will manage your delivery)

Address: Level 3, Arrival Hall – International

*After clearance of immigration, turn left, walk straight to the end,

is beside Menara Medical Clinic & Resort World Genting   


Monday to Sunday: 24 hours


Drop Off Point 2: KLIA 2 Airport

(Grabean will manage your delivery)

Address: Lot S2-2-11, Level 2, Arrival Hall- Domestic

*After clearance of immigration, you will see Old Town White Coffee, 

turn Right, walk to the end, and look for Luggage Storage outlet  


Monday to Sunday: 24 hours



If the Requester preferred method of delivery is: Courier Service. You have 2 choices: 

(i) You can choose to "Drop Off" at Grabean's office or KLIA or KLIA2, Grabean will post the item for the requester. 


(ii) Or you can choose pickup courier service, by selecting "Collection Address" and Grabean will arrange a courier service to collect your item at your pickup address.

Please enter your pickup address and preferred collection date at your own convenience.


Self-collect by requester

If the requester chooses self-collect then you have to drop off the item at Grabean office. If you are not free to drop off to Grabean's office, you can send it by courier or self-arrange your proxy to do so, but you have to pay for the courier by yourself and label the request ID on each item you sent.

Grabean will acknowledge receiving of the item once is counted and matches the request quantity and description.

* Traveller needs to make sure the item was handover / deliver to Grabean's office. 


Step 6: Courier Pickup 

For a courier pickup, you need to print out the consignment note from Grabean website.
Prior to packaging the item, please ensure that the item is wrapped up properly to avoid any damages.

There will be 5 copies of the consignment like the one shown below, please clip 4 of them together and stick them on the package. Please ask the courier service to sign the other copy for own receipt.
To avoid any disputes, travellers are advised to take photos of the item before and after packaging and the box itself.



Step 7: Delivery

After the item has been delivered, the status will show delivered and you can ask the requester click on "released payment " then the status will become COMPLETE. You will receive your payment within 7 working days and rate the transaction. 

< RM1999      7% service fee

RM2000-4999 5% service fee

>RM5000       3.5% service fee will be deducted from your payment. 

Ratings are highly useful for both requesters and travellers to ensure a fair and swift service!
