Refund Policy & Warranty

If the request made by Requester are not fulfilled by Traveller, GRABEAN will 100% refund the paid amount to Requester.

Shipping/ Fulfillment Policy

Traveller or GRABEAN will deliver the goods to Requester within 7 days upon return date of respective Traveller by using appointed courier company.

Self-Collection

Requester are request to collect the items from Grabean Collection Centre within 7 days upon return date of respective Traveller.

Upon request by requester or traveller, Grabean will assist in dispute resolution between the parties by offering up to two hours of non-binding mediation services. Both parties agree to participate reasonably in such dispute resolution process, which will typically be performed via e-mail or phone. In order to request dispute resolution by Grabean, send an e-mail to enquiries@grabean.com.my
