Received a damaged item?
Grabean will inform the matter of badly damaged items received from the traveller. Grabean may proceed with a full or partial refund of the item. In the event of a full refund, the item will be returned to the traveller. The degree of damage warranting value refund will be determined via Grabean’s discretion. Minor damages or imperfection such as scratches, thread fraying, or dents in packaging meant to protect the condition of the item which does not affect the functionality of the item will not warrant a refund unless agree upon by the traveller.
If a requester requires the item and or packaging to remain in pristine condition, requester should have informed the traveller prior to the purchase. For minor damages such as dents on the packaged or boxed items, Grabean will not proceed with any form of refund as long as the quality of the contents is kept in place.
Once the item has been accepted and brought out of Grabean’s office, Grabean assumed the item has been received by the requester in good condition and payment will be released to traveller after the 7 day self-collection window. Grabean will not be assist any other dispute.
For items deliver via courier service, requesters facing any issues regarding damaged or incorrect items need to contact Grabean within 7 days of delivery by traveller. Grabean will be release the payment to traveller after 7 days of the item handover to courier or received by requester. Once payment is released, Grabean will not be able to assist any dispute case.
