If the traveller has only fulfilled a portion of my request / order

In the condition where a partial refund is required (if the request isn’t completely fulfilled), travellers have the option to re-offer with the new agreed upon price. Once you accept the re-offer, a partial refund will automatically be processed via the payment method used to make the deposit. It may take 5-10 working days for the refund to be fulfilled, depending on your payment method.

A copy of the partial refund receipt will be sent to the email address you registered with Grabean.
