Dispute resolution

If a dispute has been raised by a requester, Grabean’s customer service will contact the traveller.

Requesters may raise a dispute if:

- Item has not been dispatched within 7 days from the trip’s return date

- There's an issue with the item received (wrong item/damaged)

You should reach out to your requester immediately to resolve this issue. Users are encouraged to resolve disputes amicably through open communication. If a mutual agreement cannot be reached, keep calm and contact Grabean for further assistance.

Please note that requesters reserve the right to request a full refund for their orders if there is no action from the traveller within 72 hours from raising the dispute.
